A restoration project devoted to Lansing’s creators, artists, and makers alike. Where industrial reuse is united with sleek amenities creating a sophisticated and practical workspace for Lansing’s doers.

Scope: 40,000 SF renovation of an existing 130 year-old warehouse featuring a 10,000 SF 1st floor retail reclaim/restore shop and 19 2nd floor commercial lease units with ADA bathrooms. Project features full masonry restoration, new, polished concrete floors, exposed steel and wood throughout, new elevator, reclaimed wood features, all new mechanical and electrical systems, major technology, and security installations.
